Staxx Global Technology Solutions LLC operates A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS messaging campaigns across staxxgts.com, aiagent24.staxxgts.com, and sgtsglobal.live in connection with the AIAGENT24 platform. All SMS communications are registered under 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) and comply with CTIA, TCPA, and applicable carrier requirements.
You will only receive SMS messages from AIAGENT24 if you have provided explicit written or digital consent. Consent may be provided by: submitting your phone number through an AIAGENT24 or SGTS web form; agreeing to communications during an audit or demo request; or providing consent through a client platform powered by AIAGENT24. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS messages from AIAGENT24 may include: audit status updates and results; appointment confirmations and reminders; follow-up communications related to your inquiry; and service updates relevant to active deployments.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement level and service stage. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month depending on active workflows.
The following language appears on all SGTS consent forms: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from SGTS / AIAGENT24 regarding appointments, service updates, and related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.” Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent records including timestamp and source are retained for a minimum of 4 years per A2P compliance requirements.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, except as required by law. To resume messages, reply START. Opt-out requests are honored within one business day.

SMS delivery is subject to the policies and infrastructure of individual wireless carriers. Carrier participation in A2P 10DLC messaging may vary. Not all carriers support all message types. SGTS is not responsible for message delivery failures attributable to carrier filtering, network conditions, or carrier policy changes.
Message and data rates may apply. SGTS and its agents are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier delivery is subject to network availability.
In addition to service communications, you may receive operational notifications related to: system updates affecting your active deployment; compliance-related notices; and platform maintenance windows. These notifications are sent only to active clients and service partners.
Your phone number and SMS interaction data are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
