Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company, inquiry details), information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time on site, referral source), and information from third-party integrations (CRM systems, scheduling tools, analytics platforms).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: deliver and improve our AI workforce deployment services; respond to audit requests and inquiries; send service communications and, with consent, marketing communications; conduct analytics to improve platform performance; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. CRM and Workflow Processing

Your data may be processed through our CRM and automation platforms including GHL (GoHighLevel) 365, which powers our AI workforce, scheduling, and client communication workflows. These platforms operate under their own data processing agreements and are contractually bound to commercially reasonable data protection standards.

4. AI Interaction Processing

SGTS and AIAGENT24 deploy governed AI workforce systems that may include workflow automation, communications assistance, operational routing, and human-supervised AI interactions.

When you interact with AIAGENT24 agents (Nova, Mya, Orion, and others), your interactions may be: recorded for quality assurance; processed by AI systems to generate responses; logged for audit and compliance review; and used to improve system performance. 5. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information or requesting a demo or audit, you consent to receive communications from SGTS and AIAGENT24 via email, SMS, and phone, including AI-initiated outreach. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages, clicking unsubscribe in emails, or contacting hello@staxxgts.com.

6. Call Recording

Calls with SGTS and AIAGENT24 (including AI agent calls) may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. We disclose recording at the start of each recorded interaction.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand site usage, improve user experience, and measure marketing effectiveness. Analytics platforms may include Google Analytics and similar services. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7a. Tracking Technologies & Analytics Disclosure

We use the following tracking technologies across our platforms (staxxgts.com, aiagent24.staxxgts.com, sgtsglobal.live):

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — website traffic analysis, user behavior, and tag management. Collects anonymized session data, page views, and referral sources.

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — ad performance and conversion tracking. Collects anonymized page visits, form submissions, and ad interactions.

LinkedIn Insight Tag — LinkedIn ad performance and professional audience analytics. Collects anonymized LinkedIn member data and page visits.

Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps for UX improvement. Collects mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior. No passwords are captured.

7b. Cookie Categories

Our platforms use three categories of cookies manageable via the cookie banner on your first visit:

Essential — required for platform function, security, and form submission. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity. Optional.

Marketing — Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag. Optional.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with third-party services including: GHL 365 (CRM and automation); WhatsApp Business API (messaging); SMS carriers (A2P messaging); email service providers; scheduling tools; and analytics platforms. Each integration operates under applicable data processing agreements.

8a. Subprocessors

We work with third-party subprocessors including GHL / GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Anthropic (AI infrastructure), Make / Zapier (workflow automation), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Workspace), Meta (Pixel, advertising), LinkedIn (Insight Tag, advertising), Microsoft (Clarity, infrastructure), and SMS carrier networks. Each subprocessor operates under applicable data processing agreements. Enterprise customers may request a current subprocessor list by contacting hello@staxxgts.com.

9. Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and operational security practices. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9a. Security Posture & Limitations

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. SGTS does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 certification at this time. Enterprise and healthcare clients may request our vendor questionnaire summary by contacting hello@staxxgts.com.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Client data is retained per contractual terms. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal and operational constraints.

10a. Operational Retention Schedule

Active client records: Duration of service agreement plus 3 years. Prospect/lead records: 24 months from last interaction. SMS consent records: Minimum 4 years (A2P requirement). AI interaction logs: 12 months for operational review. Financial/contract records: 7 years per US requirements.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact: hello@staxxgts.com

11a. International Data Processing

SGTS operates across the United States, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone. Data collected may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Applicable frameworks: TCPA / CAN-SPAM / Georgia law (US); Nigeria Data Protection Regulation — NDPR (Nigeria); GDPR-aligned protections (EU/UK clients on request); evolving local governance (Sierra Leone).

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
