AI Governance Statement
Effective: May 14, 2026 • Last Updated: May 14, 2026 • Staxx Global Technology Solutions LLC (“SGTS”) • Atlanta, Georgia USA
1. Overview
SGTS designs and deploys governed AI workforce systems that operate with human oversight, defined operational controls, escalation-ready workflows, and responsible automation principles. AIAGENT24 is the AI workforce platform through which SGTS delivers these capabilities to enterprise clients and SMBs.
This AI Governance Statement describes the principles, operational standards, and accountability structures that guide how SGTS develops, deploys, and monitors AI systems. It applies across all AIAGENT24 products, services, and client deployments.
2. SGTS Responsible AI Principles
SGTS operates AIAGENT24 systems in alignment with the following responsible AI principles:
Human Oversight
AI systems are designed to assist and support human decision-making, not replace it. Escalation paths to human review are built into consequential workflows.
Transparency
SGTS aims to disclose AI involvement in communications and interactions where appropriate, and documents AI operating principles publicly.
Purpose Limitation
AI agents are scoped to their defined operational function and are not authorized to act outside approved workflows without human direction.
Data Minimization
SGTS and AIAGENT24 systems are designed to process only the data necessary for the defined workflow or service objective.
Security by Design
Access controls, data isolation, and operational safeguards are incorporated into AIAGENT24 architecture from deployment through operation.
Accountability
Interaction logs, audit trails, and workflow records support review, governance, and accountability at defined system checkpoints.
Escalation Readiness
Complex, sensitive, or high-impact situations trigger escalation to human oversight. No AI agent operates without defined escalation paths.
Continuous Improvement
SGTS reviews AI system behavior, client outcomes, and governance posture on an ongoing basis to improve performance and reduce risk.
3. Human Oversight
AIAGENT24 agents are designed to assist, route, summarize, qualify, and automate operational workflows. They do not replace human judgment in situations that require it.
- Certain workflows require human review before action is taken or a recommendation is followed
- Legal, medical, financial, employment, insurance, healthcare, government, and other high-impact decisions should not be made solely based on AI output without independent human review
- Escalation paths to human team members are built into AIAGENT24 workflows wherever appropriate
- The Quest Command Center provides real-time monitoring of deployed agent activity across client environments
Users may request escalation to a human representative at any time by contacting hello@staxxgts.com, calling +1 470-664-6777, or stating a preference for human assistance during any AI-assisted interaction.
4. AI Disclosure
SGTS is committed to transparency about AI involvement in communications and service delivery:
- Users may interact with AIAGENT24 AI assistants through chat, voice, SMS, email, forms, and web interfaces
- SGTS aims to disclose AI-assisted communications at point of contact where appropriate and practicable
- AI may support chat interactions, voice workflows, SMS outreach, email sequences, intake forms, audit scoring, reporting, and workflow routing
- AI agents operate under defined personas (Nova, Mya, Orion, Quest, Atlas, Echo, Pilot, and others) and are artificial intelligence systems, not human representatives
For full detail on AI-assisted communications, see the AI & Communications Disclosure.
5. Data Governance
SGTS applies the following data governance principles to AI operations:
- Data processed by AIAGENT24 systems should be limited to what is necessary for the defined service workflow
- Clients and users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data unless specifically requested and authorized within the service scope
- Data retention and deletion are handled under the applicable service agreement, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, or client-specific configuration
- Cross-border data processing may require additional terms; enterprise clients operating in the EU, UK, Nigeria, or other regulated jurisdictions may request applicable addenda via DPA Request
For full data handling detail, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Security and Monitoring
SGTS / AIAGENT24 maintains the following operational security and monitoring practices:
- Role-based system access controls limiting each component to its authorized function
- Workflow monitoring across deployed agent operations for anomalies, threshold breaches, and escalation triggers
- Issue escalation protocols for security events, anomalous behavior, and operational incidents
- Abuse detection and rate-limiting on AI interaction endpoints
- Vendor and subprocessor review where applicable under service agreements
Note: SGTS does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or similar certification at this time. SGTS implements commercially reasonable security safeguards appropriate to its operational context. Enterprise clients requiring specific security documentation may request our vendor questionnaire summary by contacting hello@staxxgts.com.
7. AI Limitations
SGTS is transparent about the inherent limitations of AI systems:
- AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate
- AI outputs require independent human review before serving as the basis for any consequential business decision
- AI does not replace qualified professional judgment in legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, or compliance matters
- AI-generated content, recommendations, and analyses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, insurance, or compliance advice unless separately agreed in writing with qualified professionals involved
- AI system performance may vary by use case, data quality, configuration, and operational context
Users relying on AIAGENT24 outputs for material business decisions do so at their own discretion and are responsible for independent validation. See the Terms of Use for full limitation of liability terms.
8. Client Responsibilities
SGTS clients deploying or accessing AIAGENT24 systems are responsible for:
- Ensuring that AI-powered workflows align with their own internal business policies and applicable sector requirements
- Validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions or client-facing actions
- Complying with sector-specific laws and regulations applicable to their industry, including healthcare, financial services, legal, government, and education obligations
- Training employees and authorized users on appropriate use of AI systems, including the limitations described in this statement
- Maintaining human review processes for decisions classified as high-risk under applicable law or internal policy
9. Governance Roadmap
SGTS is actively developing expanded AI Governance services, readiness assessments, managed AI governance oversight, organizational training programs, and policy framework resources. These offerings are being developed through SGTS and SGTSGLOBAL.LIVE for future availability to enterprise and SMB clients.
