Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
Staxx Global Technology Solutions LLC (“SGTS”) and AIAGENT24 provide AI workforce systems, workflow automation, audit tools, forms, websites, communications workflows, and related services to businesses and individuals. Access to and use of these systems is conditioned on compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). All users are expected to engage with SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems lawfully, responsibly, and in alignment with this policy at all times.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to all individuals and entities that access or use SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems, platforms, and services, including:
- Website visitors and anonymous users
- Prospects and demo requestors
- Demo users and trial participants
- Active clients and their employees
- Contractors and authorized partners
- Vendors and subcontractors
- Users of AIAGENT24 AI workforce tools
- Users interacting with Mya, Nova, Orion, Quest, Atlas, Echo, Pilot, and other AIAGENT24 agent systems
By accessing any SGTS or AIAGENT24 system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.
3. Permitted Use
The following uses of SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems are permitted:
- Lawful business inquiries and general information requests
- Demo requests and legitimate product evaluation
- AI Profit Audit submissions for authorized evaluation purposes
- Training interest submissions and educational program inquiries
- Authorized client support requests and service communications
- Approved client workflow operations within the agreed service scope
- Normal website navigation, form completion, and content access
- Authorized communications with SGTS / AIAGENT24 AI agents and human team members
4. Prohibited Use
The following uses of SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in or facilitating any unlawful, fraudulent, or illegal activity
- Misrepresenting your identity, organization, or authorization status
- Impersonating any person, organization, SGTS representative, or AIAGENT24 agent
- Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct of any kind
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or unauthorized lead harvesting
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from SGTS / AIAGENT24 platforms by automated means without written authorization
- Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or defeat security controls, access restrictions, or authentication systems
- Prompt injection, adversarial instructions, jailbreaking attempts, or any deliberate effort to manipulate, deceive, or exploit AI systems
- Uploading, transmitting, or introducing malware, viruses, harmful code, or malicious files
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure not intended for your use
- Submitting sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers) unless explicitly requested and authorized by SGTS
- Using SGTS systems to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
- Using AI system outputs as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, or regulated decisions without independent human review
- Misusing SMS, voice, email, chat, or other communications systems provided or powered by SGTS / AIAGENT24
- Reselling, copying, sublicensing, or distributing SGTS methodology, AI agent prompts, automation workflows, audit frameworks, or proprietary materials without written authorization
5. AI System Use Rules
Users interacting with AIAGENT24 AI agents and automated systems agree to the following:
- AI outputs are informational and operational support tools only and should be treated accordingly
- AI outputs may require independent human review before acting on them in any consequential way
- AI responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, insurance, regulatory, or professional advice
- Users must not intentionally attempt to manipulate, deceive, exploit, or adversarially probe AI systems
- SGTS may log AI interactions for security review, quality assurance, system improvement, and audit purposes subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and service agreement
6. Communications Use
Users communicating with or through SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems agree that:
- Accurate and complete contact information must be provided when submitting forms, inquiries, or requests
- Third-party contact information must not be submitted without that party’s explicit prior consent
- SMS, voice, and email use is subject to applicable opt-in and opt-out requirements
- STOP, HELP, and related opt-out commands for SMS communications are governed by the SGTS SMS / A2P Compliance Policy
7. Client Responsibility
SGTS clients accessing or deploying AIAGENT24 systems on behalf of their organizations carry the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all employees, contractors, and end users accessing SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems are properly authorized
- Providing accurate, lawful, and appropriate data to SGTS systems and not submitting data that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Complying with all industry-specific, sector, or jurisdictional obligations applicable to their business (including healthcare, financial services, legal, or government requirements)
- Reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs where human judgment is required for consequential decisions
- Not using SGTS / AIAGENT24 systems beyond the approved scope defined in the applicable service agreement
8. Enforcement
SGTS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, to:
- Suspend or restrict access to platforms, services, or features
- Block abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating users or entities
- Remove or disable content or data submitted in violation of this policy
- Terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement
- Notify appropriate authorities where required by law or where there is a credible threat of harm
- Preserve evidence, logs, and records for security investigation or legal proceedings
Violations of this policy may also result in legal action under applicable civil or criminal law.
9. No Guarantee
SGTS does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, regulatory approvals, or uninterrupted service availability. All AI outputs, audit results, and platform recommendations are provided for informational and operational support purposes only.
