SGTS approaches security as an operational discipline, not a checkbox. Our AI workforce infrastructure is designed with layered controls, human oversight, and continuous monitoring — because trust is foundational to enterprise AI deployment.
Our platforms implement: role-based access controls limiting each system component to its defined scope; data isolation ensuring client datasets do not commingle; encryption in transit across all communication channels; and credential management practices aligned with industry standards. We use commercially reasonable safeguards and do not claim or represent absolute security.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While SGTS implements commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. SGTS does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 certification at this time. Clients requiring specific certifications should request documentation during the deployment engagement. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected parties and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Every AIAGENT24 deployment includes: human escalation protocols for complex or sensitive situations; operator override capabilities on all AI-generated outputs; audit logging of agent interactions for review and accountability; and defined scope boundaries preventing agents from operating outside their authorized function.
The Quest Command Center provides real-time monitoring of all deployed AI agents. Anomalies, escalations, and threshold breaches are flagged for human review. No AI agent operates without defined escalation paths to human oversight.
We maintain continuous uptime monitoring, incident response procedures, and operational continuity protocols. Our target is maximum availability for all deployed client systems, with documented failover procedures.
AIAGENT24 deployments can be configured to support: HIPAA-aligned data handling workflows (BAA available on request); A2P 10DLC compliant SMS messaging; TCPA and CTIA compliant communications; and GDPR-aware data processing for applicable jurisdictions. We do not claim certification unless explicitly verified. Clients requiring specific certifications should request documentation during the deployment engagement.
Enterprise and healthcare procurement teams may request our vendor security questionnaire summary. This document outlines our current data handling practices, subprocessor relationships, and technical security posture in a format suitable for procurement review. Contact hello@staxxgts.com with subject line: SGTS Vendor Questionnaire Request.
Our current subprocessor stack includes GHL / GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Anthropic (AI infrastructure), Make / Zapier (workflow automation), Google Workspace and Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Clarity. Enterprise clients may request a full subprocessor list and will receive reasonable notice of material changes. Contact hello@staxxgts.com to request the current list.
SGTS is committed to responsible AI deployment. Our agents are designed to: disclose their AI nature at point of contact; provide accurate information within defined operational scope; escalate to humans when appropriate; and avoid generating harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content.
In the event of a security incident affecting client or user data, SGTS will: assess scope and impact promptly; notify affected parties as required by applicable law; implement remediation measures; and document and review the incident to prevent recurrence.
Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) by contacting hello@staxxgts.com. Available: GDPR Addendum (EU/UK clients), NDPR Addendum (Nigerian clients), Standard Enterprise DPA. See our DPA Request page for the full process and response timeline.
