AI & Communications Disclosure

1. AI Agent Disclosure

AIAGENT24 operates a workforce of AI agents including Nova, Mya, Orion, Quest, Atlas, Echo, Pilot, Reign, Halo, Kofi, Ledger, and Luxe. These agents are artificial intelligence systems — not human representatives — deployed to assist with business operations, lead qualification, scheduling, and client communications.

2. AI-Initiated Communications

You may receive calls, text messages, emails, or chat messages initiated by AI agents on behalf of SGTS clients. AI-initiated calls and messages will identify themselves as automated communications. You consent to receive such communications when you submit your contact information through our platforms or our clients' platforms powered by AIAGENT24.

3. Conversation Recording

Interactions with AIAGENT24 agents — including calls, chats, and messaging exchanges — may be recorded and logged for quality assurance, compliance review, system improvement, and audit purposes. Recording disclosure will be provided at the start of recorded interactions.

4. AI Response Accuracy

AI agents are designed to be accurate and helpful. However, AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. AI outputs should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. Always verify material information with qualified professionals.

5. Human Escalation

AIAGENT24 systems include human escalation protocols. Complex inquiries, sensitive matters, or situations requiring human judgment will be routed to human oversight. You may request escalation to a human representative at any time.

Certain workflows may include human governance, escalation review, and operational oversight controls where appropriate.

5a. AI Workflow Governance

All AIAGENT24 agent workflows are subject to ongoing human governance monitoring. AI agents operate within defined scopes and do not act outside authorized parameters without human direction. The Quest Command Center provides real-time monitoring of all deployed agents. Anomalies, escalations, and threshold breaches are flagged for human review.

5b. Escalation Rights

You may request escalation to a human SGTS team member at any time by contacting hello@staxxgts.com, calling +1 470-664-6777, or stating “I would like to speak with a person” during any AI-assisted interaction. Escalation requests are honored within one business day during normal business hours.

5c. AI Output — Informational Nature

AI outputs generated by AIAGENT24 agents are informational in nature and are produced using probabilistic processes. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors. AI-generated recommendations, reports, and communications should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, clinical, regulatory, or other significant professional decisions. Independent human review is required for decisions of material consequence.

6. Communications Consent

By engaging with AIAGENT24 platforms or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive automated communications including: AI-initiated phone calls; SMS and text messages (see SMS/A2P Compliance); email communications; and web chat interactions. You may withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for opt-out procedures.

7. Outbound AI Communication

SGTS deploys AI agents to conduct outbound communications on behalf of enterprise clients. All outbound AI communications are: disclosed as automated at point of contact; subject to applicable TCPA, FCC, and state regulations; linked to registered A2P messaging campaigns; and rate-limited and monitored for compliance.

7a. Operational Workflow Clarification

AI agents deployed by SGTS are integrated into defined operational workflows. Agent actions are scoped to their assigned function (intake, scheduling, conversion, onboarding, operations, client success, optimization). No agent takes actions outside its defined operational scope without human authorization. All AI workflow outputs are subject to human review at defined governance checkpoints.

8. Data Use in AI Interactions

Information shared during AI interactions may be processed to: generate relevant responses; update CRM records; trigger follow-up workflows; and improve AI system performance. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.
